A small box you plug into a socket and pair with your printer. You confirm an order with a single tap – and by the time you walk to the printer, the prints are waiting, sorted and separated by a cover page.
How MagicPrint works

Plug in and pair
Plug the box into power, it connects to your network by itself, and you pair it in the admin with the code from the packaging. It takes a few minutes and needs no IT skills – everything comes preconfigured.

Pick a printer and paper
MagicPrint discovers printers on your network and over USB by itself and reports them to the admin. You choose which one it should print on and set what paper is in the tray – format, type and weight.

Confirm an order – and it is printed
Depending on the mode you choose, an order prints right after confirmation, only after payment, or only when you say so. Each one starts with a cover page carrying the order number and ends with a closing page – nothing gets mixed up in the output tray.
What it takes care of
Prints exactly what the customer ordered
Complete file settings. Number of copies, colour or black and white, single- or double-sided, pages per sheet and paper format – MagicPrint hands the printer exactly what the customer selected and paid for. No manual driver fiddling for every order.
Paper under control. In the admin you set what paper is in the tray. Orders for a different paper do not print automatically – the file just gets flagged and you print it manually once you load the right one. Photos never end up on office paper, and the printer never stalls complaining it is out of A5.
Progress visible in the order. For each file you see whether it is printing or already done – the same view the customer sees on the order page. And the box shows in the admin that it is online and ready.
Outages lose nothing. If the internet drops, orders wait for the box and finish printing as soon as the connection is back. Nothing to watch, nothing to restart.

The first 10 print shops get a year for free
We are just rolling MagicPrint out – and the first 10 print shops in the network get the box free for a whole year. We prepare it, ship it and help with the launch; in return, you help us with feedback from real-world use.
After that, MagicPrint will cost a small monthly rental. We still take nothing from your orders.
