Each print shop in the network sets its own price list. After you upload your files, we calculate the exact price at every shop that can print your order – just pick one. You will find indicative prices on the pricing page; Tiskárník adds no markup.

Directly to the print shop on pickup – in cash or by QR bank payment. No money goes through Tiskárník and nothing is paid in advance.

Yes. It is calculated from the selected print shop's price list deterministically, so what you see before ordering is what you pay on the spot. Optional delivery has its price shown next to each option; in-person pickup is free.

No. You create your order without an account – you get a link with an access key that lets you track and manage it. Save the link; it works as the key to your order.

PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and images (JPG, PNG, GIF). For PDFs and Word documents we count the pages automatically; for other formats you can adjust the count manually.

Yes. The base settings apply to all files at once, but you can fine-tune each file separately – different paper, colour and number of copies. You can also add a note to each file and to the whole order.

You can check the status anytime on the order page: awaiting confirmation, accepted, printing, ready for pickup. The print shop confirms each order by hand.

It can happen – say they ran out of a special paper. You pay nothing (payment happens only on pickup) and your files stay uploaded, so you simply pick a different shop from the comparison.

Write it in the note on your order or on the file – the print shop sees it before confirming and you sort out the details directly. You will find the shop's contact details on its page.

In person at the pickup point you chose – you will find them all in the print shop listing and on the map. Selected print shops also deliver to parcel lockers or to your door by courier.

In-person pickup is usually possible shortly after the print shop accepts your order. For delivery you see the expected number of days next to each option before ordering – some shops even deliver the same day.

Your files are available only to the print shop you ordered from – it downloads them through secured links so it can print them. They are not shown anywhere else. See the details in the privacy policy.

Yes – many print shops offer recycled paper; you will find it in the filters and in the print settings. Read more about eco-friendly printing.
